Blaire has dark short hair that he enjoys spiking up every now and then and has bright blue eyes that are full of curiousity and wonder as he tries to figure things out. He is about 6'5" and has a broad chest that is quite muscular and powerful and walked with the dominance of his position and the wisdom he holds. He has only a single battle scar that is along his side which he keeps hiding from many.

Blaire is as crude as they come, he is powerful and he knows how to use his power to get the things he wishes for, sometimes including things that aren't so good. He has always been fascinated by the what if's in life and wondering if there were more around. He had advanced quite quickly and is very intelligent for someone his age and has done many things to prove he is as good as it gets. He doesn't take no for an answer and always pushing and leads the army. He has no one above him and does whatever he pleases to do. He is very loyal to his group and willing to do whatever it takes to make sure they are all ok. He isn't very trusting of people but certainly does have an eye out for a someone special.

He has a whole bunch of weapons, Machine Guns, Bombs, Small caliber weapons, and long range ones as well. His favorite is his trustee 38's that never fail him. They are silver and he only puts gold bullets in them.

His weakness is always wanting to learn more and his unwillingness of leaving someone behind.

Blaire is the son of the scientist. His father Dr. Bishop had won many awards for his achievements in technology and also finding out about another planet with inhabitants, the humans called it Demeter, but the real name is Ellaris. Blaire had been taught from a very young age all the different things that his father knew, and then continued to study and create advances as well, and had gone on the spaceship and wittness the planet they call Demeter. Although his father wished for him to become a scientist like him, Blaire decided to travel down his own path and join the military to head to space. Because of his expertise, experience, strength and leadership skills he quickly went up the ranks to become leader at quite a young age and sometimes has a bit of trouble with the other men trying to disobeying him, but he is quick to put them in their place. He is now on a top mission to find out more about the new planet and to see what they are able to do. He is always wondering about things and has a nack for knowing what people are feeling without them saying, and some would say he could also read minds. He had lost his father recently in the battle which he had gotten his scar. A few 'terriost' as humans would call them broke into his father's labratory to steal vital information and in the process had killed his father and injured Blaire. Blaire managed to kill them and they weren't able to get the information they inquired, but it certainly had come as a shock to the world and to their nation and put a deep hole in his heart.
